Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Gain expertise in Workday Compensation and preferably Advanced Compensation, focusing on one or more functional areas

* Collaborate with clients to understand their post-deployment needs and customize the Workday solution accordingly, with guidance from the Lead Functional Consultant

* Act as a knowledge hub within your specialty, sharing insights and information with colleagues, and supporting internal capacity building through training and mentoring

* Cultivate strong relationships with Cloud Optimization clients, offering guidance to maximize their Workday utilization

* Foster trust and collaboration with project team members, management, and external clients

* Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge, contributing innovative ideas to enhance HR and Financials functions * Apply Workday and Alight methodologies effectively

* Contribute to Alight's financial success by delivering high-quality service to clients across multiple projects

REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English

* Strong analytical and functional capabilities demonstrated through project involvement or support experience

* Workday Core Compensation and preferably Advanced Compensation certification

* Familiarity with post-deployment maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems

* Experience with deploying HR Systems, preferably Workday, or alternatives such as PeopleSoft or Oracle

* Consultancy experience in HR processes is advantageous

* Proficient in presentation and facilitation, with a consultative approach to client interactions

* Ability to confidently manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively

* Track record of contributing to teamwork and achieving results in previous roles

* Ideally, experience managing multiple concurrent projects and participating in virtual teams

* Demonstrates integrity and self-management skills, with strong personal productivity and motivation.
