Our client, a leading Investment Bank, based in the Docklands currently seeks a Workflow Management Business Analyst.
The Workflow Management Business Analyst will assist Project Lead with the roll-out of an internally developed Workflow tool that supports off shoring objectives. The role holder will support the project lead with business requirements gathering, co ordination of IT resources, UAT and other key project activities.
The Workflow Management Business Analyst will be responsible for:
- Managing end to end deployment within specified time frame
- Working with business users to ensure business requirements are defined and satisfied
- Gaining deep understanding of existing live systems quickly in order to support current business users
- Understanding and working within the governance structure of IT implementation projects
- Identifying Business Requirements
- Developing application to specification and agreed timeline
- Working with Finance Testing team to conduct testing, specifically UAT
- Training users
- Supporting users with existing systems
As such, the successful Workflow Management Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of full application development life cycle
- Experience conducting business/systems analysis and design efforts
- Experience of process imrpovement/operational excellence projects
- Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- A self-starter with excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong criticitcal thinking and problem solving abiltiies
- Desire and commitment to make a difference
- Adept to handling conflict within teams and across organisation boudnaries
- Ability to work within loosly defined, rapidly chaging envionrments
