Workforce Planner
Our client has a large 100+ seat Call Centre and is in need of a Workforce Planner to join their company.
This position requires a person who is an analytical thinker that can read beyond the numbers to see what is needed to make the Call Centre run as smooth and effectively as possible.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a stand-alone role and can bring their skills and experience to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring Real Time Adherence for the Call Centre Representatives in regards to their breaks, lunches, tardiness, absences, etc. The candidate will also be creating reports, collecting data and helping the Senior Workforce Planner in day-to-day tasks. Experience with the Avaya platform is an asset.
This position is also the afternoon shift from 1:00pm - 9:00pm as the Call Centre is open from 7:00am through to 9:00pm, Monday to Friday.
