Configuration of basis part of ticket system Zendesk
The project is configuration from basis and only minor migration from a previous tool. Wave one is current users in the old system and Wave two is new users. The client is implementing a new ticket system called Zendesk. Number of tickets expected is per month. Tickets are end customer responses to eCommerce. Call center is located in Aarhus/Denmark. 130 users and stepping up to 180 users are expected.
Start will be ASAP and until 31 December 2017
There will be travel expenses beside the price per hour.
