Zendesk Engineer
Midlands with 2 days remote
Circa £610 per day
Circa 3 months initially
A Zendesk Engineer is required for a 3 month contract with one of the
Front End development would be a huge advantage but they need decent Zendesk knowledge and will be working closely with a Zendesk BA.
Zendesk is a CRM system that provides a strong customer experience through self-service capabilities and channel integration, allowing for enhanced case management and improved MI capabilities to support service delivery.
We are preferably looking for a Zendesk Configurator however this role would also suit someone with experience of CRM and/Front End development to enhance their skillsets and experience in new emerging technology such as Zendesk.
