Your tasks:
- Deliver software engineering work packages relating to the specified technology and the current project stage (analysis, software architecture/design, development/configuration, test, release, run/support) in accordance with the relevant software development process and by using the automation tools supporting that process
Your qualifications
- Profound experience with coding and designing Java software in an enterprise setting
- Practical knowledge of the following tools/techniques is mandatory: Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Maven, SOAP and REST web services in software development, XML/XSD, JSON, Unit Testing Frameworks (e.g. JUnit), event-based integration (Kafka), (complex) event stream processing
- Experience developing, handling and using microservices and their architecture
- Experience in SCRUM development projects
- Knowledge of the following is an additional advantage: SAP Client UI and different modules
- Experience in using interfaces to different enterprise software provides such as SAP
- Practical knowledge of continuous integration, automated testing, deployment monitoring and related tools, preferably Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Ansible and Selenium, Docker, TCP/IP Networking
- Good decision-making abilities as well as analytical and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Experience in financial services is an additional advantage
