Systems Analyst (Communication & Collaboration) wanted for our Basel based client in the pharma sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of solid work experience in Opentext Livelink technologies along with proficiency in Adobe and Google Digital Analytics
- Expertise in relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes in the area of analytics, specially Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Management
- 3+ years of proficient knowledge in SharePoint; knowledge in Nintex is an advantage
- Strong know-how of Java with Oracle 11 DB along with excellent understanding of complex landscapes and relationships, including business, systems, policies, etc.
- Good project management skills, knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodology will be desired
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Deactivating Livelink applications and old CMS as well as migrating the new web content management system (SharePoint 2010 for Intranets, Magnolia for Internet)
- Reviewing the ongoing process and applying new processes and procedures, including interaction with near-shore and off-shore locations
- Realizing Kaltura Video Analytics process and solution along with implementing Cross channel analytics
- Realizing a new group-wide Intranet consist of the migration of ~500 intranet sites into the new intranet solution along with implementing new Digital Asset Management system
- Building up a new operating model including the transferring of several activities to near-shore locations
