Description
Senior Java Developer needed to work for a leading Financial Services company based in Maidstone, Kent.
The technical Skills needed for this Senior Java Contract position are as follows: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web services, Application Developer/Architectural knowledge TDD UML SOA.
The successful Senior Java Developer will work on new and exciting greenfield development projects and will be tasked with but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Strong Core Java
- Development of new features.
- Development of Unit and Integration tests.
- Bug fixes.Maintenance
The Senior Java Developer will also be expected to evaluate tools and processes to optimise productivity and take part in regular code reviews.
Other technical skills that would be beneficial are as follows
- Enterprise Java
- Continuous integration deployment tools
- REST/JSON
- Spring integration
- Dojo/Angular
