Description

  • End-to-end software development life cycle.
  • IVR and telephony technical design skills.
  • An understanding of user centric design techniques.
  • IVR call flow/voice user interface design.
  • SRGS Grammar building skills.
  • Software development methodologies, eg waterfall, agile.
  • Awareness of leading-edge tools, techniques and services within IT.
  • Experience of software development using Java (Servlets, JSPs, EJB, Javascript) or designing for the environments.
  • Ability to interface with infrastructure and service management areas.
  • Ability to work from high level design documentation to create detailed designs within Internal frameworks.
  • IVR development experience in VoiceXML.
  • Transcription and Tagging experience.
