- Experience of software development using Java (Servlets, JSPs, EJB, Javascript) or designing for the environments.
- Ability to interface with infrastructure and service management areas.
- Ability to work from high level design documentation to create detailed designs within Internal frameworks.
- IVR development experience in VoiceXML.
- Transcription and Tagging experience.
