UST Global are looking to recruit X2 Technical Solution Architects to work onsite at one of our Large UK retailers based in Central London.
The job role
Drive Solution Design!
Demonstrate thought leadership in innovative solution delivery.
Seed disruptive ideas that leads to rapid solution delivery
Capable of being hands-on to demonstrate concepts and achieve quick wins.
Ability to question the status-quo
Drive Solution design, document and develop software architecture and HLD
Refine and enhance software/system architecture interfaces
Provide recommendations on various approaches to solving technical problems
Develop design best practices
Provide guidance to implement design that meets the architectural framework
Continuously evaluate whether the solution matches the architectural vision.
Able to own application strategy, framework choices and drive commonality across whole landscape
Experience working with application builds, with Java, Spring, AngularJS, REST APIs, MongoDB, Oracle.
Well versed with Open source development framework and leading edge technology in the enterprise space
Independently design, analyze, document and develop technical architecture and solutions for large enterprise level applications. Design and implement proof of concepts, solution/architecture planning and custom demos. Perform technical feasibility and impact analysis and select software architecture or solution
Implement solution architecture by building components and custom designs and maintaining technical integrity
Identify, analyze, recommend, implement improvements in system architectures
Lead, direct and participate in new technology adoption
Advise senior leaders (tech and non-tech) on various software and technology solutions
Analyse business owners objectives and present a compelling solution
Lead solution discovery and facilitate assessment meetings to identify business value and ROI for complex business problems
Recommend best practices and help with IT Strategy and implementation planning
Build strong internal or external relationships and manage expectations at all levels
Prepare winning value propositions and be accountable. Lead due diligence, validate and revise the solution as necessary
Must understand current operational frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation.
