Description
ServiceNow consultant Architect - 6 months rolling Copenhagen contract
Should have good understanding on ITIL processes
Understand technical and functional design knowledge from ServiceNow integration interfaces with external ITSM tools
Should have thorough Knowledge hands on experience on the following modules
. Incident Management
. ServiceRequest Management
. Problem Management
. Change Management
Should have good understanding of Web services using rest/soap API's and mandatory hands on experience in implementing integrations for incident, Service Request, Problem and Change. Should have hand on coding experience using Java scripts for webservice based integrations. Should be able to communicate effectively front facing customer
