Description
Experience required:
Industry Working experience preferably in advance manufacturing - process engineering or plant maintenance or Manufacturing execution IT or plant floor operations.
Strong automotive plant floor business process understanding -Quality, manufacturing execution, material planning and logistics, plant maintenance.
Consulting Experience - minimum two MES project implementation in automotive/Discrete manufacturing industry
Awareness of plant floor IT support systems such as network, infrastructure and Servers related to MES.
Should have knowledge of plant floor end user systems such as Barcode scanners, printers, Andon boards,RFID readers and writers.
High-level understanding of PLC and its integration with MES.
Knowledge of process mapping tools like ARIS, Enterprise architect.
Must-Have
1. At least 2 SAP ME/MII implementations experience
2. At least 1 implementation of SAP MEINT configuration and Customization for ECC to ME integration
3. Experience in using BAPIs and IDOCs from ECC
4. At least 1 implementation experience of configuring SAP PCo for Shop Floor integration
5. Good Communication skills
6. Experience in development of web pages using HTML and JavaScript
7. Experience in XSLT development and using web services (SOAP and REST)
Good-to-Have
1. Industry domain experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
2. Exposure to at least one MES product like SAP ME (preferred), GE Proficy, Rockwell, Apriso-FlexNet etc.
3. Additional knowledge of other SAP modules like PP, MM
4. Technical skills (Java, J2EE)
5. Experience in SAP ME SDK
6. Experience in configuration of Kepware OPC
7. Client facing and team handling
8. SAP Netweaver configuration and Administration experience
9. Project lead experience
10. Experience with VE (Visual Enterprise) and SAP Business Objects.
