Proteus Europe is searching for a EMM Technical support engineer. The main responsibilities will involve support installation and configuration for EMM software, education and trouble shooting.Our Client :-

Your New role :-
Your role and responsibilities:
- Programming experience in Java and C/C++. Java is Essential.
- Experience with various environments including high availability and high performance.
- Strong knowledge and experience of mobile such as android and iOS, end-to-end network security and certificates
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Innovative and creative thinking and strong initiative
- PKI configuration and security knowledge
- Samsung KNOX knowledge is recommended
- Microsoft Active Directory domain management
Technical Support for EMM
- Minimum 1 years of server software experience on Windows and its components
- Experience with various J2EE platforms and framework such as Spring / iBatis Framework.
- Strong experience with log analysis capability on java application
- Basic experience in developing mobile applications such as android and iOS
- Various database experience in architecting DBMS (MS-SQL)
- Experience with software deployment on Cloud (eg. Amazon)
- Understanding about embedded H/W device control (including Mic, Speaker, Camera, Display)

Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Technical Support experience
- Troubleshooting experience with the systems listed above through log file analysis
- EMM experience including Airwatch, MobileIron, BlackBerry, Citrix Xenprise etc.
- DNS configuration experience
- Networking experience including VPN and firewall configuration
- Knowledge of Android Studio and developing experience is an asset but not required
Desirable Skills :-
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
