Servicenow Technical Expert
Whitehall Resources are looking for a Servicenow Technical Expert.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing ServiceNow end-to-end delivery projects in waterfall and agile methodologies
- Understanding of ServiceNow development (design, programming, integrations, test, deployment)
- Requirements gathering, use cases, functional and non-functional specifications, and their validations & documentation
- ServiceNow solution design (workflows, data and data flows, business rules, UI actions, notifications, reports, dashboards, access controls)
- Complex ServiceNow integrations
- ServiceNow Datamodelling
- Experience in complex data migrations and imports
- Mentor/provide technical guidance for the offshore team
- Create and review technical and non-technical solution documentation
- Create proposals and defining solutions for ServiceNow implementation and support
- Business development, calculating engagement pricing and profitability
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience on following ServiceNow modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Fullfilment, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Asset Management and CMS
- Exposure to ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management, SDLC, Financial Management, Demand Management, ServiceWatch, Enterprise Service Management (HR, Facilities management etc) and custom solutions is preferable
- Strong experience in defining customer reports and dashboards
- Experience in conducting and document due-diligence for customer tools, process and projects
- Experience on ServiceNow foundation data management and data/information modelling
- Training or certification on ITIL framework with practical hands-on experience
- Experience with requirement elicitation, requirements documentation, and requirements management on an agile team
- Experience with software development and delivering capabilities in a global environment
- Exposure to Java Scripting
- Ability to capture and design requirements and processes that focus on the user experience
- Proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
- Experience working with ITSM tools
- Experience working in an agile manner and environment
- Experience on ITIL Process consulting or implementation is preferred
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification preferable
