WebSphere Support Analyst/Linux/Oracle

For our global client we are looking for a WebSphere Support Analyst. As a Support Analyst you will be responsible for the support, maintenance and installation of particular applications for the benefit of Customer Data in the Corporate Banking and Ecommerce domain.

Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for daily support. In addition, you contribute to projects.

The technical environment is a Linux, WebSphere environment. Automating deployments (XLDeploy) and establish good chain monitoring for the new environment is a priority. In addition, you should be able to script on Linux/Unix.

To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • At least completed a bachelor study
  • 1-5 years' experience in functional or technical application support, preferably in a large financial institution
  • A technical background and have hands on experience in Linux, Oracle, Java, WebSphere environment
  • Experience with ITIL/ASL;
  • Experience with the Agile/Lean development methodology
  • Experience with Deployment Automation (XLDeploy)
