System Administrator Linux And Windows required for a company in Lund, Sweden.
My client is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with both Linux And Windows Competence for operation and maintenance of several critical server applications. The assignment is full time in one year, starting in August (mutual notice period of one month).
Responsibilities include, among other things. A daily handling of cases received, installation, patching/upgrading of software, monitoring, troubleshooting, correction of errors/problems and documentation.
Technical qualifications:
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of Java applications on both Linux and Windows environments.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is required:
- Jboss
- Redhat
- Nginx
- MySQL
- Tomcat
- Apache
- Bash
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- Experience ODBC
Merit knowledge and experience
My client works according to ITIL therefore experience in this or a similar process, imagine an advantage. Knowledge and experience of other databases such as Oracle and MS SQL Server is also an advantage.
