Expert IT Developer (Java, Tandem Mainframe, cobol)
On behalf of our client we are looking for Expert IT Developer with below competencies and responsibilities:
Description/Accountabilities:
- Translate requirements into solution architecture and describe it through architecture and design artefacts
- Contribute to the project's execution strategy and domain roadmap
- Establish critical Non-functional Requirements at the solution level
Tasks:
- Drive the definition and design of the solution and explore solution alternatives; analyse technical trade-offs, validate technology assumptions, and evaluate alternatives
- Define subsystems and their interfaces; allocate responsibilities to subsystems; understand solution deployment
- Coach IT developers to achieve maximum business value and solid, maintainable IT solution; supervise and foster Built-in Quality
- Facilitate maximum level of quality through early testing & test automation
Key competencies:
- Expert in IT design & implementation; familiarity with Domian Driven Design
- Strong personal skills to take decisions and drive solutions; flag risks and issues clearly and timely
- Strong knowledge of technical set-up and how it integrates with its surroundings
- Fluently in Danish & English
Personal competencies:
- Passion for finding simple solutions to complex problems
- Can communicate complex technical ideas in a straightforward way
- Willingness to adapt to deadlines by employing right level of pragmatism
- Have strong knowledge of the latest trends and best practices
