PROJECT MANAGER (TICKETING/JIRA, BMC, JAVA, FINANCE SOLUTIONS)
The contract is with a large consultancy based in Brussels to be on assignment at a client site in Luxembourg. The client is looking for a Project Manager.
Tasks & Responsibilities
. Collect high level requirements from the application development teams including but not limited to:
. Ticketing tool to support project development activities (bug fixing)
. Release automation
. Tools integration with BMC Remedy
. Define and coordinate the setup of a solution to archive tickets from the existing IT Service Management tool
. Create a project charter to implement these requirements
. Create other project charters and manage the corresponding projects in the context of the BMC tooling
. Lead the BMC Remedy Service Management maintenance team in day to day tasks
. Setup a maintenance service model for BMC Discovery (ADDM)
Skills and Experience
. University degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT
Demonstrate knowledge in:
. Project and people management
. Application development
. Building solutions for the finance industry
. Managing ticketing implementation projects
. Project management certification in Prince2 will be considered an advantage (non-mandatory)
Demonstrate competence in:
. Ticketing solutions, preferably Jira
. Custom development projects (preferably Java)
. Package configuration projects in the finance industry (finance solutions like Swift)
