SENIOR JAVA/WEB DEVELOPER - 12 MONTHS+ BELGIUM (BRUSSELS)
My client, a young exciting company based in Brussels, is looking for an experienced Java/Web engineer for a long term freelance contract with ½ days per week is done remotely.
ROLE: to work on the back end development of a new platform as well as create attractive user interfaces
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with Java/Scala Development
- Commercial background with Spring, Hibernate, SQL, Maven
- Any experience with REST
- Any knowledge of Scala, Big Data (Hadoop, Hive, Spark…) Wicket and AngularJS would be a plus
- Any background working in an Agile environment would be a bonus
- English or Dutch speaking
