My client is one of the most exciting and fastest growing organisations in Europe and they are currently looking to hire a number of talented engineers to their ever growing team.
They're growing their software engineering teams across multiple domains; data infrastructure, order management and payment processing. They currently build global payment services using Java, Scala and Erlang, to power over 400,000 global transactions every day.
What you'll be doing:
- Building new features and functionality for our global payment systems.
- Coding in either Erlang, Scala or Java, depending on the domain.
- Designing new solutions and challenging existing ones.
- Building deployment pipelines using Jenkins and Ansible.
- Improving scalability and reliability of our core systems.
What you'll need to have:
- Experience building scalable software in a distributed architecture.
- The ability to write clean and highly performant code.
- An appreciation for code quality and test driven development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experienced in pair programming
