The right candidate possesses expert technical knowledge of Expert Java, GWT, Eclipse, Maven, GIT. Knowledge about C is also required due to the fact that the old solution is based upon C and part of the work for the candidate will be analysis of the old C solution.
Very good communication skills, as well as a positive open mind and ability to work independently, as well as in team and you must also be able to work in an ever changing world where demands change based on Business needs across the programme.
As a person the candidate are analytical, structured, ambitious and persistent in the approach to deliver high quality solutions with stability and maintainability as focus areas. The candidate take on new responsibilities when required - even outside his/hers ordinary area of expertise.
