WebSphere Application Server Admin - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH and FRENCH
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the management of WAS on Unix platforms
- Good knowledge of the following Operating Systems: Windows Server, AIX or Linux
- Very good knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ, Tomcat/Jboss, Apache/IHS, SSL et SSH
- Experience in development and Scripting (Java, Perl, Jython, Bash)
- Knowledge of XL Deploy, Webservices XML, RPC, REST is beneficial
- PSF certified
- Familiar with ITIL and IT Service management (roles and processes)
Description of work:
- System administration of Middleware such as WebSphere Application Servers running on Linux Redhat platform, but also IBM AIX and Solaris
- Installation, automation, tuning and maintenance of the WAS infrastructure
- Follow-up of incidents, problems, changes related to this platform
- First and second level support
- Follow-up of the rules and the respect for quality, KPI, security baselines and system policies
