Solution Architect
For one of our global clients we are looking for a Solution Architect for their online platform. You will be working with several DevOps teams simultaneously to help them realize new functionality on top of their online platform. The goal of each team is to deliver its features as fast as possible, while still producing code that has high quality by being maintainable, robust, performant and secure. Their online platform and the features on it are released for mobile, tablet, wearables and browsers. As the Solution Architect, you bring your extensive knowledge and experience to the table. You perform code reviews and educate the teams in improving their skills. You can approach everyone on their own level, whether they are highly technical people like developers, testers, ops engineers, performance engineers or security testers, or whether they are more focused on functionality, like business analysts, product owners, product managers and delivery managers.
You'll be part of a team that protects and extends the overall architecture of their IT systems.
Your profile
- Experience with Hybrid app development; Java (Spring), JavaScript (AngularJS).
- Experience with automation; build pipelines, testing, deployments.
- Excellent knowledge of architectural principles and how these support developers to build upon the platform.
- Experience as a team lead and/or software architect.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
Additional requirements
- Experience with DevOps.
- Broader knowledge and interest in software architecture, modern technologies, cloud-native development, RESTful services, security models is highly desirable.
