Experienced System Engineer WAS (WebSphere Application Servers) - Luxembourg
Description Main responsibilities:- System administration of Middleware such as WebSphere Application Servers running on Linux Redhat platform, but also IBM AIX and
- installation, automation, tuning and maintenance of the WAS
- Follow-up of incidents, problems, changes related to this
- First and second level support
- Scrupulous follow-up of the rules and the respect for quality, KPI, security baselines and system
System Engineer Profile
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in the management of WAS on Unix
- Good knowledge of the following Operating Systems: Windows Server, AIX or
- Very good knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ, Tomcat/Jboss, Apache/IHS, SSL et
- Having experience in development and Scripting (Java, Perl, Jython, Bash )
- Having knowledge of XL Deploy, Webservices XML, RPC, REST, is an add
- You are a strong communicator. You talk and write fluently English and
- You are familiar with ITIL and IT Service management (roles and processes)
- You have a sense for initiative and wants to achieve systematically qualitative results with a goal for customer
