Technical Skills
- DB2/SQL
- Mainframe: including: TSO, JCL, Beta92, Jobcontrol, SCMS

The communication takes place mainly in German and English via e-mail, Client Skype and telephone conferences.
The batch processes run on IBM Mainframe with z/OS operating system and the database management system DB2.
Functional Tasks:
Make sure that the 1st-level support of the monthly financial statements be created promptly, as these metrics for the central reporting (VTDWH) are necessary.
Answering complex technical issues (eg Explanation of the ordering behavior for individual part numbers)
Monitoring of KPIs on all markets and to identify optimization potential of the individual markets
Recording of errors and change requests of the markets in the CCB or handover to the release management
Approval Award on SRD for internal AG/VG-employees
DMS-posting errors and to DMS-responsible.
Configuration of the market parameters in the SRD-Online on rollout in new markets, 3 per year.
Check the DMS-transfer error: Incorrect sender dealer, wrong values (technical review)
Technical Tasks:
Planning and Replenishment control in the protocols of the input and output files via interfaces and PIX (BMW Middleware) data transfer. From mo - sa is one file per country, 18 countries are connected to SRD and a file goes to the countries out again.
Multiple start the batch processing processes for the beginning of the month for all markets, to the acceleration of the month-end closing process.
SRD receives from the factory acceptance tests of all VTDWH dealer. These values are then during month end close various calculations are performed. In ATLAS-markets SRD the factory acceptance tests in the current month at the beginning of each month and also the rest of the factory acceptance tests of the previous month. In all other markets SRD the factory acceptance always in the first days of the following month. In both cases it may take up to 3 working days in the following month, until (almost) all factory acceptance tests for the month-end closing month were transmitted.
Configuration of specialized market parameters and translations in the DB2 database for the rollout in new markets.
Provision of training environment (DB2 training database server, Glassfish, S-gate training user).
Initialization of new dealers in existing markets (Mainframe Batch processing and data analysis in DB2)
