IT Test Manager Senior
Description:
We are looking for a Senior Test Manager with following competence.
We see a large increase in demand of great consultants within Test.
For this reason we are now scouting the market for candidates within this field that can match our client´s demand.
To give you an idea of the competence areas that are of most interest at this moment, please see the requirement below.
You should be able to take responsibility for, and drive testing and quality issues in a project.
- Therefore, you need to have good technical and business understanding, but at the same time a thorough process knowledge and control of the overall test process.
- You are used to manage and coordinate both agile and waterfall-based test projects and discuss the testing and quality issues at all levels.
- You're a good facilitator who is used to hold workshops with various teams to find the best possible solution and motivate them for best possible results.
Requirements:
At least 5 years' experience of test management in large organizations/projects
Experience creating high performance teams
Good knowledge of process work and Requirements Management
Sound Knowledge of Java, C #, JavaScript, Python, or similar and
tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Fiddler, Visual Studio, etc. SoapUI
Location: Helsingborg
