NextLink Solutions need to hire a Support Engineer for a crucial and very complex project, where all your support skills will be tested.

This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after Banking company in France.

Support Engineer Skills:

  • Incident management
  • Analysis of functional and technical incidents (logs in particular)
  • Communication to users
  • English and French Speaking

Support Engineer Objectives:

  • Experience in banking
  • Technology: JAVA, JS, SQL, HTML, log analysis
  • Maintenance of the backlog of incidents
  • English and French Speaking
  • Strong IT background
