Description
Informix 4GL/Genero Developer is required for an assignment in Central Brussels.
The ideal Informix 4GL/Genero Developer will join a team of 4 people to connect with Genero-converted applications and new key components together with internal developers.
The Informix 4GL/Genero Developer must have the following knowledge:
- Expert Informix 4GL programming knowledge
- Expert Genero Programming Knowledge (Application and Web Service Development)
- Scripting experience
- Experience with Informix database
- Pros: At least basic experience with Java programming, security of web services
Ideally, someone who has already implemented the conversion of an Informix 4GL application to Genero Web application has experience with generating/consuming web services in Genero (and possibly Java), to open Genero applications to other applications, or to let them speak With other components (accessible via web service).
