Description
Harvey Nash has an immediate requirement for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Banking client based in Dublin city centre on a daily rate contract basis.
In this role you will have the opportunity to join a new Innovation team where you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and executing automation test suites.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in test in a product software environment with Java/JEE applications using Selenium WebDriver and Appium.
- Clean coding and refactoring skills in Java 7+ with excellent problem solving ability.
- Expert knowledge of software development life cycle.
- Experience testing Web Services: REST, SOAP, SPOCK.
- Experience with web UI technologies: JSP, Struts, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS and XPath.
- Understanding of XML and JSON.
- Familiar with modern toolchains: Git, Maven, Bamboo and SoapUI.
- ISTQB foundation certified or certified in a recognised Testing certification.
- Familiarity and experience with Agile Methodologies and experience working with Agile software project management/bug tracking tools such as Jira.
- Experience working with Windows, Mac and Linux.
