Cloud Automation Developer
Within the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), the Industrialized ICT Services (I2S) department's ICT Cloud team ensures that new solutions and customers are onboarded, implemented and operated with a maximum of speed and highest possible availability.
As a Cloud Automation Developer, you will take up a role in a Devops team. You have ownership in the implementation and maintenance of the datacenter tooling landscape. You focus on automating service delivery and providing means for easy and low cost operations. You support different teams that design, implement and operate 24/7 tailor-made and standardized ICT solutions.
This includes the specific following tasks and responsibilities:
1. Development and support on our CMDB & Automation engine (PHP, Flex, ActionScript,)
2. Analysis & development for datacenter automation projects (Perl, ...)
3. Development & operational support on our external world interface (Java, XML, SOAP, JSON,)
You are mainly located in Brussels (Evere)
PROFILE
Master Computer Science or equivalent by experience.
High maturity in unit testing and testing perspective in general
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and expertise in:
o Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, PrimeFaces,
o SQL (MySQL, MariaDB, Postgres, Oracle, NoSQL, ...)
o Adobe Flex, ActionScript
o Perl, Phyton, Ruby, PHP
o WebServices: SOAP, REST, JSON,
o Linux (RedHat)
o Tomcat, Apache, JBOSS suite, ..
o Agile development & Scrum principles
o SVN, GitLab source control
o JIRA
o CI/CD methodology and tooling experience (Jenkins)
o Knowledge of typical data center related technologies (TCP/IP, networking, security, virtualization, storage, systems, monitoring, ...)
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English (oral and written, at least two out of three languages)
