Software Developer - Norway - 4 month Contract
The role:
Software Developer required for a global provider of products, systems and services to the oil and gas industry. As Software Developer, you will run product development projects and take part in all project phases from requirements analysis to verification and support.

The role is ideal for an accomplished Software Developer with strong proficiency in Java development.

The role is for an initial 4-5 months with scope for further extension.
Essential Skills:

• You will have a minimum of 10 year experience as a Software Developer
• Experience with Java and open source framework (Spring, JMS, TestNG, etc)
• Back End development with knowledge in Linux
• Strong knowledge of Apache Cassandra, Apache Storm, JMS
• Experience with scalability and performance tuning
• Experience with devops and automation of deployment/operations support
• Experience with Real Time and data acquisition systems
