For one of our client, major pharmaceutical company based in Brabant-Wallon, we are looking for a IT Developer Analyst/Web Developer

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

IT Developer Analyst - Web developer

The IT Developer Analyst position requires strong analytical skills and would be responsible to develop a web database application on a linux server (TOMCAT) including programming (mainly, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL, PHP/JAVA, Ajax, Eclipse), testing, debugging and documentation, within the non-clinical statistics department in R&D Vaccines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Review/analysis of user requirements (URS) to ensure that all required information for development is well described
* Development of an application (mainly, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL, PHP/JAVA, Ajax, Eclipse) that answers the user requirements within the defined timeline
* Ensure high quality programming (testing, debugging)
* Manage dry-runs
* Redaction/Review/Get approved the technical documentation: functional specifications, design specifications,
* Ensure portability of the application (from linux server to another environment) and transfer of competence to maintain the application

PREREQUISITES Education
* Computer Sciences: Bachelor or University level or equivalent by experience Knowledge
* Fluent in French (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of IT project management processes/application life cycles from start to end (analysis design development documentation tests bug fixes)
* Programming HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL, PHP/JAVA, Ajax, Eclipse Experience
* Minimum of 3 years working experience in programming (web application).
