Genesys Technical Expert
Genesys Technical Expert - You will be working on an exciting opportunity for an industry leading Telecommunications Organisation based in Brussels. You will play a pivotal part in supporting the Contact Center Platform where more than 4000 agents work. This will be a longer term freelance program with long term possibilities.
Genesys and SIP
- Troubleshooting Experience Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications)
- Genesys CCPulse, both for voice and IWD (Java)
- NICE WFM
- Genesys Infomart
- Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD)
- Good Working experience in UNIX/Linux SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle
- Profound knowledge of Windows and .NET environment
