Genesys Technical Expert

Genesys Technical Expert - You will be working on an exciting opportunity for an industry leading Telecommunications Organisation based in Brussels. You will play a pivotal part in supporting the Contact Center Platform where more than 4000 agents work. This will be a longer term freelance program with long term possibilities.

Genesys and SIP

  • Troubleshooting Experience Genesys 8.0 and higher Environment (Framework, Routing, Reporting, GVP/IVR, Outbound, Multi-channel Applications)
  • Genesys CCPulse, both for voice and IWD (Java)
  • NICE WFM
  • Genesys Infomart
  • Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD)
  • Good Working experience in UNIX/Linux SQL, Shell Scripting, Oracle
  • Profound knowledge of Windows and .NET environment

Genesys Technical Expert Must Have:

  • Experience in Genesys support
  • Call Centre support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in SIP Servers, SIP call analysis and SIP-Trunking
  • Experience in Infomart report handling
  • Incident and Problem management skills
  • Genesys Technical Expert Nice to Have:

  • IWD application exposure
  • Unix and SQL Queries
  • Knowledge on XML, VXML, PHP, HTML, Web Server applications.
  • Interviews taking place next week
