Description
Signify Technology are working with an exciting Tech company in SF who are looking for a Senior Contract Software Engineer for a minimum of 3 months (likely to be extended) to start in ASAP.
You will be getting paid up to $900 per day depending on your experience.
The Project
You will be joining a great team working on their distributed, high performance systems writing clean Scalable Code in Scala. Working closely with other engineering teams, Architects and product owners. If you are highly experienced using Functional Scala and enjoy working with a group of talented and enthusiastic professionals, then this contract could be for you.
Skills Required for the Senior Contract Software Engineer
Extensive experience working with Scala
A strong Java background
Unit Testing - ScalaTest or ScalaCheck
Functional Programming
SQL and noSQL
API's and Microservices
AWS
Distributed Systems
Experience with flat file batch processing is a big plus
CI/CD
TDD and BDD
AngularJS and ReactJS
Experience writing clean Scalable code
