Description
My cients Insurance domain is currently developing scalable, resilient, next generation applications which will empower its customer to fulfil a successful journey to acquire and manage their insurance products. The Front End AngularJS or Polymer applications and the Java API's are the technical backbone for these multichannel apps which are used by customers in both Netherlands and Belgium.
The insurance team is scaling up and is looking for an experienced Front End engineer who can step up and become a key developer on these projects in the near future.
Job description:
Develop fast, secure JavaScript/HTML components for the front -end application in Polymer/vanilla Webcomponents and AngularJS. (Front End code will be 80% written in Polymer)
Continuous delivery: Bring the code to production frequently within an enterprise ING environment.
Collaborate closely with other squad members and business representatives with clear and open communication.
Actively engage in discussions concerning the full technical stack of the application (understanding the mechanics of the Back End/API and Cassandra database).
Write clear and concise documentation about the Front End applications.
