Description
Quantitative Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Master's Degrees in Quantitative Finance, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years' experience as a Quantitative Developer or Murex Quant Developer
- Profound knowledge in Murex Flex API such as FX, Stream and Vol, C++ Expert, FX Options, Murex System V3.1 like risk views, pre-trade/post trade workflows and DataMart as well as Grid Computing
- Good understanding of programming with Java and Scala SQL Querying coupled with asset classes knowledge including equities and fixed income
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Being part of the quant analysis and development team
- Assimilating analytics into Murex utilising the FLEX API
- Working with stakeholders for new payoffs developments as well as enhancing the pricing and peril models
- Supporting new model testing and verification
- Helping the first line support group in dissecting production problems
- Liaising with suppliers for bug fixes and follow ups
