Description

Quantitative Developer wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Master's Degrees in Quantitative Finance, Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years' experience as a Quantitative Developer or Murex Quant Developer
  • Profound knowledge in Murex Flex API such as FX, Stream and Vol, C++ Expert, FX Options, Murex System V3.1 like risk views, pre-trade/post trade workflows and DataMart as well as Grid Computing
  • Good understanding of programming with Java and Scala SQL Querying coupled with asset classes knowledge including equities and fixed income
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Being part of the quant analysis and development team
  • Assimilating analytics into Murex utilising the FLEX API
  • Working with stakeholders for new payoffs developments as well as enhancing the pricing and peril models
  • Supporting new model testing and verification
  • Helping the first line support group in dissecting production problems
  • Liaising with suppliers for bug fixes and follow ups
