One of my major clients is urgently looking for a ETL Developer for 6-12 month contract in Stockholm, Sweden
The ETL Developer will have:
- CI/CD 1-3 Years Essential
- ETL 5-10 Years Essential
- System Development 5-10 Years Essential
- Java 3-5 Years Preferred
- Scala 3-5 Years Preferred
Description
For our client we are looking for an experienced data engineer to be a part of a large development assignment with the purpose of extending the capabilities of their data lake.
The engineer will be a part of setting development standards and design patterns for data pipelines as well as performing actual development of new ingestions, transformations and exports.
Required skills:
- Senior developer with at least 5 years of relevant development experience
- Good experience of Cloudera or Hortonworks
- Extensive Java or Scala experience
- Good knowledge of best practices for CI/CD and automated testing
- Self leading resource with a forward-leaning attitude
- Good knowledge of working with data lakes in a production setting
- Good communication skills in English, spoken and written

Working language: Swedish and Engslish
