Our client, a tier one Swiss bank is looking for an experienced C#/.NET Developer who will be working with Client Tax Reporting IT, where applications are to produce tax reports for this bank's clients. The applications are built on standard IT platforms based on Java/JEE/Linux and Mainframe, plus a 3rd party a .NET application for AEI (automatic exchange of information) reporting.In this 12 months contract position, as a C#/.NET Developer you will be joining a quite diverse team of 20 people. The team consists very experienced senior engineers and some trainees as well. As a contractor you will face a.NET third party software and an existing landscape of (Java) applications with many components and interfaces and partially complex grown systems.
Technically you are expected to have a proven expertise with C#/.NET, MSSQL, Web services (REST, SOAP, MQ, FTP) and Windows Platform. As a passionate software developer, previous experience and/or interest in the financial service sector is a plus, but not required. However, C#/.NET, MSSQL and Web Service skills are required to fill this job role.
The teams speak both German and English, so you are expected to have at least B2 level in BOTH LANGUAGES.
