Software Quality Specialist & Integration Developer | RESTful APIs | Medical Imaging | DICOM | Python | Java | Ruby | JSON | 12 months +
Next Ventures are seeking a Software Quality Specialist & Integration Developer who has experience with at least one coding language (Java, Python, Ruby etc.) for a 12 Month project with one of our large Research clients based in Basel.
The successful Integration Developer must have experience with the following to be considered:
You must be able to independently write code to:
- Ensure all third party applications are linked through integration scripts.
- Create automated tests that call RESTful APIs
- Parse text files and write file manipulation and input/output routines
- Creation and execution of well-structured test plans to identify and document quality issues and defects.
Tech Stack Required:
- Experience with similar tasks focusing on Software Development with testing experience
- Understanding of medical imaging with a focus on DICOM and knowledge of the medical imaging visualisation and processing packages
- Commercial coding experience with at least one suitable language for automated testing (Python, Ruby or Java etc. )
- Experience with automated API testing 9 such as RESTful APIs) and UI Test Automation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in implementing medical images (PET, CT, SPECT, MRI) data processing, segmentation and visualisation techniques.
- SQL, OracleDB or PostgreSQL database experience
- Basic use of cloud environments such as AWS
