Application Developer - "Financial Information Platform"For our customer, a renowned Banking company in Switzerland, we are looking for Application Developer
Main tasks:
-Further development of the modular and specially developed JAVA framework FIMAS-X. Due to new requirements, new features are to be implemented and Optimizations are made to ensure that the financial and operational risks identified by FIMAS (the financial services and market data system), the data received and sent are always meet the highest quality standards.
-Development of solutions for the provision of financial market data services, applications and modules & interfaces in close cooperation with the business partners, Analysts.
-Development and optimization of importers and exporters in the NeoXam Data Hub.
Requirements:
-Quick comprehension, good analytical and conceptual thinking.
-High level of commitment, time flexibility and team spirit.
-Good knowledge of financial and market data (Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.)
-Experience with agile development methods (Scrum).
-Good practical programming knowledge with Java.
-Experience in Groovy scripting language.
-Good practical experience with Unix/Linux and scripting with Shell.
-Practical experience in the use of relational databases (DML).
Education/Experience:
-Computer science education or Certification or Equivalent
Language:
-Fluent German and English very good
