Job Title: Back End Java Developer
Location: Fully Remote
Salary/Rate: £580 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months Initially
If you are a Java Developer looking for an exciting new contract opportunity, we have a great role for you. One of our UK Consultancy clients are looking for a Java Developer to work on a government project on a 6 month initial contract.
Requirements:
- Java (J2SE 8 or 11)
- Microservices
- Spring Framework and Spring Boot 2
- REST Web Services
Advantageous
- Will have worked on Hybrid cloud based solutions utilising AWS
- Experience in MySQL/Oracle DB
- Experience in Jira, Confluence
- Experience in a Test-Driven Development, BDD and Pair Programming
- Experience of using code quality tools like PMD and Check style
- Sun Certified Java Programmer
- Experience of Agile SAFe
Mandatory Business skills -
Strong experience working in a Scrum team assisting the BA and Solution architect and taking an active role in defining, developing and validating epics and user stories.
