Lead Data Scientist
Up to £450 per day outside of IR35
Fully remote based
My client is a successful, growing company that are looking to bring in a Lead Data Scientist to be responsible for ensuring robust analytical frameworks and methodologies are applied to solving business problems.
You will use data mining and science techniques to analyse and identify patterns & insights to help improve business performance.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience;
- Proven experience of working in a Data Scientist role
- Experience of using one or more programming languages, R, Python, Scala, Java and SQL
- Experience managing the end to end analytics and machine learning life cycle
- Strong problem solving skills to discover solutions hidden in large data sets to improve business outcomes
- Knowledge of commonly used data science and analytics platforms, such as AWS Sagemaker, Data Bricks etc
- Understanding of common data science frameworks such as Spark MLib, TensorFlow, Keras etc
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
