What you'll do:
- Build and support global systems supporting millions of customers using technologies such as Java, NoSQL, Cassandra and Kubernetes
- Be part of a friendly Agile team of like-minded developers where everyone is invited to contribute to the design and bring in new ideas
- Work at the leading edge of delivering reliable and scalable micro-services
- Deliver brand new features to support our actively developed API platform
- Support and mentor junior developers within the team as well as sharpening your own technical skills
- Flexible remote/on-site working - even after COVID
What you'll bring:
- Extensive system development knowledge with Java, noSQL, Cassandra, Kafka, Kubernetes
- Experience of delivering resilient large-scale distributed services
- Strong Pair Programming experience
- Excellent TDD experience
- Experience of developing Back End APIs and micro-services
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly and tackle new problems
- Great communication skills
- A positive and friendly attitude
