Role Outcomes
Drive the technology strategy for Counterparty Credit Risk and XVA Platforms
Drive the NWM RTB Cost reduction agenda for CCR and XVA platforms
Drive the phased implementation of outcomes for XVA/IMM Model Convergence
Drive IMM/XVA GCP migrations
Drive and lead the solution design for Risk Free Rates and Improvements to IMM Back-testing
Drive the solution architecture and delivery for Prudential compliance in XVA
Key Skills
* Solution Architecture experience of leading large scale transformation projects
* Strong Enterprise Architecture, High Level Architecture and Low Level Application Design experience
* Strong experience in Java development & design, Distributed system design and architecture
* Strong experience in distributed compute and data storage solutions ideally both on prem and Cloud native solutions
* Strong experience in building loosely coupled micro services based architecture
* Strong domain skills in either of both of Counterparty Credit Risk and XVA domain.
* Strong experience with public cloud technologies ideally one of GCP or AWS
