Your Tasks
- Technical Support and maintenance activities for the applications that we are responsible for - Daily tasks: working with the processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- communication and strong cooperation with the users and the customer
- daily meetings with the team, occasional meetings with the customer
- Problem analysis and documentation
- Performing root cause analysis
- Logs analysis
- Taking over, analysing and resolving the issues and tickets that arise in daily business
- Daily monitoring of the systems using the monitoring tools (finding performance issues in time and solving the problems proactively)
- Installation of regular releases and upgrades for the applications
