Location: Fully Remote
Day rate: £400-£450 a day
IR35 status: Inside IR35
Length: 6 months (rolling)
The company:
We're representing a well-established agile consultancy that focuses in Cloud, Machine learning, AI, Data Science & DevOps and who are hiring for a Software Engineer to partner their end-client: a leading eCommerce business in the UK.
The role:
The team are working on both greenfield and brownfield projects and require more hands on deck to meet their deadlines. You will work closely with the DevOps and Platform team, so we're looking for someone who can design, test and deploy your own code.
Skills required:
- Java
- Testing frameworks
- TDD
- PostgreSQL
- React/Node
- AWS (Incognito, Gateway and Lambda)
- Terraform
Nice to have:
- Dropwizard (or similar)
Don't worry if you don't have experience with all of those listed above so long as you are feeling comfortable with Java and AWS technologies, they are looking for engineers willing to learn!
