Backend Software Developer

Start date: ASAP

End date: with the possibility of extension

Location: Aalborg, Denmark

Rate: 700DKK per hour

Background / business context

Internal line activities and projects at our client submits requests for integration of data sources and other solutions on the Datalake. They would like to deliver on these requests at a faster pace than they are currently able to.

Competence requirements:
  • Experience with data transformation and data modeling
  • Knowledge of Java and Scala (Python is an advantage as well)
  • Experience with agile methodology
  • Experience with complex organizations and stakeholder management
  • Experience with ingestion in a Big Data context is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Hadoop solutions is an advantage
  • Experience with building lasting, stable solutions
  • Understanding of distributed systems


Required:
  • FE-HEM security cleared or a Danish citizen with Danish passport
