Risk IT Java Developer - Contract Role - Up to £700pd (inside IR35 - Employers NI Paid)
We are working directly with a top tier Investment Bank in their search for strong Java Developers to join their Risk IT team.
This team is responsible for the applications that manage the risk calculations across the bank and they are looking to expand in all regions.
Upcoming work in the team:
- The team have a number of upcoming projects and there is a multi-year book of work.
- They are working on a major programme of work to improve the banks stress testing abilities.
- Looking to move critical infrastructure onto the cloud (AWS).
- Lots of other interesting projects working closely with end users.
Candidate profile:
- Strong Java experience
- Main skills - Java, SQL, Linux
- Would like to see one of - Financial Maths, Python or AWS
- Activepivot/Spring would be a nice to have.
