We are currently representing one of the leading digital e-commerce integrators who have come to me exclusively, as they are actively searching for x5 Java Developers with e-commerce experience (SAP Hybris or IBM WebSphere Commerce), to support on an array of e-commerce solution projects for Internationally renowned retailers and luxury brands. This engagement is for the next 12 months with intention for extension through performance, offering a very competitive rate and 100% remote working style!
CONTEXT AND YOUR ROLE ON THE PROJECTS
- One of the leading e-commerce integrators is looking to hire x5 Java Developers, who will be tested technically and then placed first on projects that suit their needs and where their development skill best lie.
- As the Java Developer you will be part of a high performing development team implementing complex e-commerce solutions.
- Daily meeting participation and brainstorming activities.
- Collaboration with other teams such as; frontend and QA etc.
- Writing technical documentation and provide development improvement recommendations to the Team Lead.

EXPERIENCE
- Min 2 years Java programming with 1+ year with J2EE framework
- Strong knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks
- Knowledge of multi-tiered distributed software architecture;
- J2SE/ J2EE, JavaScript/AJAX, SVN/Git, JDBC/ SQL, Web Services
- Experience with SAP Hybris or IBM WebSphere - advantage
- Experience developing e-commerce solutions - highly preferred
- Intermediate English
