Our prestigious Investment Bank client is looking for a FX Technology Pricing Analyst for an initial 6 month contract. You must have strong Java skills with experience in
- Java 11
- Threading/concurrency
- IntelliJ
- Maven
- Java Swing
Strong Object Oriented Design skills with knowledge of design patterns and Test Driven Development
Key Responsibilities
1. Will mainly work on our migration off our old risk reporting system to a new vendor system. Requires some knowledge of options as there will need to be a basic understanding of the products. We will interface using REST or GRPC to the vendor. Work will include Java Swing knowledge to enhance the interface our users would use for sending our trades and market data to the system.
2. Concurrently, provide an IT function for the FX options business. This includes designing, developing, testing and implementing software solutions required by Front Office staff covering both vanilla and exotic FX options
3. Ensure well tested and robust implementation of new functionalities and ensure efficient release process for new versions of the software.
4. Ensure robust connection of the Front Office FX options pricing systems.
